Micro Dill is small in size, averaging 5-7 centimeters in length, and has long slender leaves with wispy green stems. When eaten fresh, the leaves have a mild, citrusy, and herbal flavor with sweet-tangy notes of anise and carrot. They are harvested at a very young, tender, and highly nutritious stage. Uniquely delicious when used to accent a salad, in sauces, and on sandwiches.
