A larger portion of chard, sold by the pound!
Swiss Chard has broad leaves and a husky, crisp stalk. The stalks come in an eye-catching rainbow of colors. Landing somewhere between kale and spinach, the large and firm leaves are mild, tender and earthy, with a slight bitterness. The stalks resemble flat celery with a sweet taste slightly reminiscent of beets, perfect for chopping and sautéing just like the leaves.
