Farmstyle Swiss Chard

1 Bunch of Swiss Chard

2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
2 Tbsp Fresh Oregano

1 Tbsp Sea Salt
1 C. Broth/Water
2 tsp Olive Oil

1. Rip leaves off the stalks and set both leaves and stalks aside
2. Slice stalks along their length and then dice 3. Dice the Leaves, Onion, and Garlic
4. Strip the leaves from the stalk of the fresh Thyme and Oregano and then dice
5. Heat up Olive oil in a frying pan and put the diced onions in along with the diced stalks 6. Stir and cook on medium heat for 5 min
7. Add Salt, Garlic, Broth, and herbs
8. Keep on medium heat stirring occasionally until the contents of the pan are soft
9. Add diced leaves and cook until it meets the consistency of the other contents of the pan
10. Done! Serve with an optional side of fried eggs
