Are you ready to stack up some serious flavor with a twist on the classic Caprese salad? Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with this quirky Stacked Caprese Salad recipe that will have you coming back for more!

What You'll Need:

• 1 jar Rose Creek Farms Caprese dressing
•  3-5 Large Tomatoes- sliced 
•  1 pack of Micro Basil (or large basil leaves) 
•  1 lb of mozzarella cheese- sliced

Drizzle dressing onto a cookie sheet or plate. Lay out sliced tomatoes. Drizzle dressing onto tomatoes. Add a layer of cheese. Drizzle with dressing and top with basil. Enjoy!

Like Fried Pickles... but different!

Slice each Zucchini in 1/4 in slices and oil a pan. Dip each side of zucchini in the oil and line up.

Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder, parsley and paprika, then back in your broiler or overn at the highest temperature until they're slightly crispy but still soft.

Serve! It's absolutely delicious and would be great with a bit of ranch or other dipping sauce!
