Micro Cabbage


Micro Cabbage, otherwise known as Chinese Cabbage/Tokyo Bekana, produces large, light green leaves and has a mild and earthy brassica flavor. Being denser than most micros, It is well suited for both raw and cooked applications such as sautéing, steaming, stir-frying, and of course a salad.
