The flavor is warm and slightly sweet, floral, a hint of mint, and a touch of peppery. Use in things like fresh pizza sauce, Italian spaghetti sauce, pastas, any meats, soups, chowders, and marinades. If you don't use all of it, hang it anywhere in your house to dry and use later.
