Planting Fall Crops Already
We have begun planting the first of our Fall crops this week.
We have planted brussels sprouts, cabbage, and we are starting to prep some fields for fall and winter storage carrots. This time of the year it is very important that we have our plan in place and that we keep up with the weekly seedings and daily watering of all the seedlings and field crops.
This past week we made good progress on our our Farm Store. We hope to have it all wrapped up by the end of July!
We have also recently planted some of the last of the ginger plantains and we hope by November to have a good harvest.
We hope you are staying cool and that you’re keeping your garden watered. And remember to drink plenty of water!
